With the deal they sent today, extra 30% off and free shipping over $100, you can buy 17 pairs (70% nylon/30% cotton) for $104.21. Not bad. I've purchased a few pairs from them before - same quality as the ones I've gotten from regular stores.

FTFY. Yeah that's about right. I splurged on two pairs of argyles hence the difference

You guys talking about Sierra Trading Post? I'm off to the site now to see if I can find it. If anyone can tell me if this is strictly by coupon and if so, how to get one, I'd appreciate it. EDIT: So are these the 'barely noticeable 2nds'? Called 'Pantherella Fancy Abstract socks? They're 8.47 each x 15 = ~127.05 and then points off that? Gonna try this now, hope they ship to Canada EDIT2: Went for it, 12 pairs of Pantherella shipped to Toronto, $110 (higher shipping for me). Not bad, let's see how it turns out.

Thanks for the edit NAMOR.

Tradernick, last time I ordered a big batch like NAMOR, I didn't notice until I already ordered that some were closeouts and some were 2nds. Couldn't find any issues with the 2nds.

Funny that I really enjoy getting a big box of Pantherella's in the mail as much as a nice suit. Maybe not as much as I like a Kiton showing up, but maybe a Corneliani.

Anyway, I digress. Probably wrong board to be discussing this.

haaa, same here. I wait with great anticipation. They had some great looking colorways including that red wine/charcoal. Should go great with my recent RL penny loafer acquisition As far as quality goes, this is my second pantharella purchase and I never noticed any quality issues the first go around

Know what you mean about the socks. My Pantherellas give me an inordinate amount of satisfaction. Not anticipating too many problems with the 2nds. Do wish I could have got the 30% off instead of the 20% but this is still a good deal comparable to what I pay for bulk purchases here.
