I was hoping someone here might have a Questrade account and be able to help me. I just switched to this DB and I hate the platforms. And I can't get an answer from them because they're closed weekends.
I sold 2 positions on Thursday. I log into my QuestraderWEB today and in the history it shows the two positions as:
ABC - Buy
ABC2- Buy
ABC - Sell
ABC - Sell
But under my positions and portfolio I still have these positions at random new prices with a negative in the P&L... I am so frustrated with this company's platforms. I can't read how much money I have without sifting through bullshit, I have to go to a different program just to exchange currency... I am settling my funds and closing my account but until then can anyone help me out?
