I know some women would be all offended if their bf asked them to exercise, but my gf and I seem to have a mutual interest in toning her gluteal region. I keep my fingers crossed that with a slight weight loss (she's already thin) and deep lunges, hamstring exercise, and elliptical, they'll be some booty forming down there. she's japanese ancestry so maybe it's just a stereotype but I imagine she has a capacity to get ripped like many of us asians seem to be able to do. I was wondering, shouldn't she do lower back exercises and abductors (hips) to get that lordosis going (curve of the lower back via pull of the frontal leg muscles)?
