trends you hate on plebs - Page 32

JCrew is fine, but it's really no different as a whole from BR or shit you can get at Macys. I did pick up a yellow and blue tie for $10 there yesterday to look extra douchey at cal games.

You can also use that tie to hang yourself after the team chokes...again.

truth. Maybe it's just because daiki is a kinda cool looking asian dude and also it's probably the photo but he seems to look good in it. The other guy not as much

The jacket on the second guy is interesting, but I would prefer it without the shooting jacket esque shoulder pads. Seems like something the north face would call 'formal wear'.

Hilarious. Regardless of whether those two are pulling it off (I don't think so at all), either of them would look 10,000 times better wearing different pants.

Absolutely two hundred percent wrong.

Anything valued over $25 can be taxed (charged duties) upon importation, regardless of whether it is marked as a gift or not. The best way to avoid fees is to have things shipped USPS, because then it's kind of a lottery whether or not you pay duties (about 5% chance based on the hundreds of things I've bought from the US) versus 100% chance of paying extortionate fees if any courier is used (UPS, DHL, FedEx).

Lots of retards will tell you that they've received international courier shipments and not paid anything on delivery, but this is ONLY if the seller has chosen to bear the brunt of all fees. If they haven't, you will owe "brokerage fees" and handling fees in addition to the customs fees EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Cargo pants can be made to look good, but the two pictured are disgusting. Looks like a 14-inch rise on the first guy and the seams have that disgusting 90s-jeans crinkling to them. I've seen really nice crisp cargo pants by nice brands, but these are not those.

While that is debatable i don't think the cure to everything is slim dark trousers/jeans. I do believe there is a place for volume, higher rises, looser fits. It's more difficult to do well than slim shirt and slim trousers which is why most people (myself included) usually stick to the slim thing.

true religion jeans. They make everyone's ass look like a dumptruck.

Gift exemption is $60, CIRO is $20.

The cargo pants thing is heinous on the second guy, the stupidly high rise makes it look like there's some serious sag action going on. But I guess the Cabourn jacket and the tie suddenly make it alright.

If the workwear vibe needs to keep going, they could/should be rocking tobi pants instead.

That is Cabourn.

In reality, I think he looks soso fit-wise, but cool. And as chrono has said, it takes alot more effort to get high rise/loose pants working than reg fit.
