The size is pretty true from what I could tell but I was in a major rush due to travel. I'm a 38 chest and the size small was a great fit. Not sure what the medium would be best suited for.

Depending on the cut, yes. I bounce between 36 and 38 jackets depending on the shoulder fit (since I don't mind the buckling at the lapels as much as a poor fit in the shoulder)

Well the price range would be $750 - $850 depending on two things:

a - if I get two or one since I can get a bulk discount
b - what day I get them (earlier saves me some more cost)

As for the pic, I can pm it to anyone interested but I'm embarassed to post it here (i have a complex, what can I say? )
