Folk rainmac or stutterheim could also be an option.

Any experience with Stutterheim ? I've been thinking about grabbing one in white for a while

You could try a Patagonia Torrentshell jacket...but I'm not sure how to size it, anyone have experience with it?

I'm 5'8" 175lbs, 40-41" chest, 32-33" waist. I'm probably a medium, but maybe a small would work better.

I have a torrentshell in olive and love it - certainly a great spring/fall rain jacket. I'm 5'9'' 145lbs, 37 chest, 30 waist and a small fits perfectly. For you a medium would definitely necessary...
