And Paula Abdul's

Why can't we men get organized like this.

This is exactly what I need. It seems to be the size of my kitchen. Im sure I can convince my wife to do a remodel to these specs.

For all of us that have many pairs of shoes, casual, dress, sneakers, knock around, bad weather shoes, boots, rain shoes, sandals, or just a man of many looks, don't forget to air shoes out before you store them or box them, or put them back in the closet.

I use a storage bag that seals about 10 pairs (Compartments) that i store in the closet and under the bed. i know some people who just have their shoes thrown in a closet that looks like their wrestling with each. No matter if its clothes or shoes, be neat, keep them clean/shine, and store them properly.

I have many pair s of shoes, slip-ons, ties, black-brown-burgundy-suede- of all combinations. I do keep two pairs of tie-ups i only wear with suits for weddings and special occasions, and i do have one pair of tie black patten leather.

Because i run everyday, i have a lot of sneakers which i constantly switch, and not keeping them very long because of the wear to the cushion supporting the foot.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR FEET NOW... BECAUSE THEY'LL COME IN HANDY LATER IN LIFE.

All of the above, sort of. I've got a number lined up on the floor of my (walk-in) closet, three stacks of boxes in strategic locations, a door rack, and giant pile of cheap shoes next to my shelf of shirts/sweaters.

It never sticks around long enough for her to need a place to store it.

I keep all my shoes hanging in their dust bags in my shoe closet.

Mine are in a pile in the spare room. Saves having to get them out of boxes and all that crap. Seriously.

I have shelves in my closet to set my shoes on, if not there then on my feet.

We have a dedicated shoe wardrobe for the family that is all shelved and my shoes are all on their shoe-trees when i'm not wearing them...

I keep my normal rotation in a floor to celing shoe rack tower in the master closet. Off season, and shoes that have fallen out of favor, are stored in boxes in the spare storage closet.
