What would the experts here advise if my chest goal is just toning? I am 6'1, 175 and pretty lean, and I'm not looking to bulk up. However, my chest is the least defined part of me, with a bit of flab that I'd like to get rid of. That is the only part of my body that didn't get at least a little more defined when I took up running, so I figure I need to do something else. Besides my run, I really don't enjoy spending a lot of time in the gym, so I'm looking for the quickest way to get rid of a little fat in that area without getting particularly big. I am a size 40 now, and that suits me well. Suggestions? Right now I've been doing 3 sets of 8 dumbell presses and 3 sets of 8 dumbell flys after my run, usually twice a week.
