I'd also say that if you can get used to eating the same thing every day, it gets much easier. Honestly, the lunches I eat at work are not delicious flavour bombs, they're just healthy food that helps give me energy. I think it's much more effort if you're planning a constantly rotating menu, and some people get sick of that.

Just get used to eating a lot of chicken breasts

Try getting some whole wheat noodles and boil em all. Get some grilled salmon or smoked salmon and chop it up and stir it in a ratio of like 1:1, throw in some olive oil, capers, fresh tomatoes (or whatever vegetables you want) and eat it all week for lunch. Eat a vegetable or fruit for an AM snack (I like mini sweet bell peppers) Eat cashews or raw pumpkin seeds for a PM snack. Have a couple cups of green tea.

Don't forget the frog's tongue and lock of a baby's hair.

Tomato and Green Beans. This recipe is sofa king good. It's even better after a night in the fridge.

Sounds tasty, but I'd probably be hungry within the hour if I strictly had that for lunch

If you want a little extra diversity, add some nuts.

Yup raw veggies (I dip in hummus) and nuts will keep you young and thin.

Also read all labels and omit high fructose corn syrup and drink some sparkling water instead of soda.

Good call. I don't have enough regular fruits and vegetables in my diet, and too much carbs. Also too much beer and liquor lol. Trying to limit that to weekends only. I'm typically pretty good at avoiding HFCS and sugars; was never a fan of sweets.

HFCS is in the weirdest stuff you'd never expect. Eat more vegetables than fruits too. The saying should go "vegetables and fruits" instead of "fruits and vegetables".

Booze is huge. Not sure what the booze of choice for dieters is. I usually just stick with cheap dry red wine.

Ive cut down on booze lately and after research, Ive come to the conclusion of 1 drink for weekdays and up to 4 drinks on weekend days is fine. And one drink per day can be wine. And maybe 2 beers a week is OK. Otherwise stick to straight liquor or liquor/club soda cocktails.

My diet drink is vodka soda with lime. You feel much more "clean" in the morning too. No beer sh*ts!

for quick ideas take some lettuce and they make tuna in a pack already made and put it in the lettuce roll it up and eat it, same with lunchmeat. Take a lowcarb tortilla put a little pesto on it with some low fat cheese and turkey pepperoni and cook it whichever way you can and have a pizza. There are so many options You could also for snack they sell cocoa dusted almonds. They're one of the best nut you can eat and there isn't sugar in it but it tastes like candy. They sell them in walmart, target etc..

and regardless of how well you eat, any alcohol in your system is going to halt all breakdown procedures in the liver until it gets rid of all that poison(alcohol) and meanwhile your food is like "wtf do we do now?" so it goes to fat storage.
