Low-carb skinny-fat office lunch ideas

Ok, so I'm starting to get skinny fat due to working an office close to few food options (pizza and pho are the most popular options), and not going to the gym.

I need something that I can easily pack up and prepare at an office with a fridge, toaster oven and microwave.

Any ideas or recipes, just shoot em out there!

I like organic canned soups, they usually have less salt than conventional brands (but check the label). A high fiber cereal is OK too for a mid-morning snack (so you don't pig out at lunch).

As many raw vegetables as you can carry, and tuna. Skip bread. If you want a little extra diversity, add some nuts.

Leafy green vegetables. Canned tuna and salmon. Add olive oil and spices as desired. Over on a zero-carb paleo forum, a guy claims he cooks up steaks in their office toaster oven. He also makes his own pemmican.

-Cut up a fuckload of bell peppers.
-Cut up and cook a fuckload of strips of cheap cut steak.
-Mix them with a sauce that isn't chock full of sugar.
-Put them in a container and take some out every day.
-Eat it.

Shall I do salmon and tuna steak or are we good?

Chicken, Steak, Tuna, Brown Rice, Low Glycemic Fruit, Green Veggies, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.....

Add spice as neccessary....I cook 2-3 lbs of meat in the morning to last me throughout the day.

Do a lot of research. Don't just think, 'I HAVE to take in low carbs to lose weight'. Very common misconception. I fluctuate between 200g to 400g of carbs a day...I DO have a fast metabolism and am active though. There's such a ridiculous amount of factors you have to take into consideration...

Heh when they let one of our senior patent prosecutors go, they found 6 bottles of Grey Goose in his filing cabinet. Oh yea, and about 300k of unsent invoices rofl.

Zintintin's method is exactly what I've been doing. In addition, I would: Cook some green vegetables and bring them in a separate container. They can just be defrosted in the microwave and enjoyed (frozen peas, broccoli, green beans.) Apples are always a delicious and healthy option. Fruit and vegetables are not going to be "bad carbs" unless you're doing some sort of atkins-y ultra low carb diet, which I am personally against. Bring some unsalted almonds. Buy them at a bulk food store and then portion them out with a food scale at home into ziploc bags - you don't want to go overboard (i.e. nuts) on nuts. Protein bars can also be good, though I wouldn't overload on them. They're a good thing to keep in the desk or backpack for when you need to skip a meal. I've been enjoying the Supreme bars, in the chocolate / caramel flavour.

Thanks all. The only carbs I'm really looking to avoid is the more refined ones such as white bread, potatoes, noodles/white pasta and rice. Been having a boiled egg with a peice of fruit or oatmeal for breakfast, and then yesterday bought some bagged spinach, whole grain tortilla wrap, deli meat, cheese and low-cal balsamic vinaigrette. Also got cottage cheese, celery with natural peanut butter for snacking. We'll see how many days I can do this for before I get bored of wraps then I'll move on these other options.

A chicken breast and apple is about as clean as clean eating gets.
