ouch man! this is why you can never treat clothes like they're an 'investment' as you so often hear. Too many variables in life that will fuck your shit up thru no fault of your own

The language of the market has no place in real life, no matter what fapping capitalists tell you.

Just write it off as something that 'adds character'.

or try to return it and hope they don't notice... hah

Just say it's "distressed" and pretend you bought it that way.

Except when it does, like almost always.

I had this happen to a charcoal wool coat of mine. My fix wasn't perfect, but it helped lighten up the burn spots from black to charcoal.

Take a fabric brush and comb out the ash, if there's any left on the jacket. Then dab out the rest with some water or something, let it dry, and comb it again. Then if the coat is navy, charcoal, or lighter, take some dark women's powder makeup and use it to dust the burn spot. Apply and comb to match. Unorthodox, yes, but it mostly worked.

exactly. If your peacoat is such that it can't have a burn or two, you are wearing it too poncey to begin with.

I got the medium and it was too big for me. I'm exchanging it for a small.

I hope it works out for you. I originally got a small and thought it was too tight. I just received my medium and it's too big. I can't believe the size jump between the two.

ENT, how big is the chest for the small one? Do you mind taking the measurements? Thanks

Sorry, but I don't have either any more. I shipped them back for a refund.

I really can't recommend Sterlingwear enough. I have gotten more compliments from women on mine than just about any other clothing item I've ever had. Two people I didn't know have come up to me and asked me where I got it. And, it's warm as hell.

How did you decide what size to get in the Sterlingwear? Did you size down 2 inches, 4 inches? Which style did you get -- Authentic, Classic, etc?
