J Crew V-neck questions

Picked up a couple of their V-necks on sale...but after trying them on at home they seem a little short (and I'm not tall at 5'11").

Anyone notice this?

I like them to hit around the belt line (vague because rise generally varies). They can stretch a bit over time. Maybe you have a long torse as well.

i think you're pushing it wearing a M at 5' 11" in terms of length expectations. just mho...

but then i wear stuff large like a gangsta!

Where is it supposed to hit in the front? Right above the belt, middle of the belt, below the belt?

It seems like it's rising up on the back so that it's not covering the back of my pants. My guess is that my shoulders are pulling it, is that possible?

You know that J. Crew makes tall sizes, right? I am not sure if they have them in the stores, but take a look at their website.
