Maybe as a tribute to Andrew we need to find a carpet such as his and take photographs of the carpets bare and sullen, shoe-less and naked like an orange tree in winter...

P.s. THAT IS A GREAT PIC!

Come on, Andrew, get back here!

I've built a special shoeshine wing in the gulag for you and your fellow conspirators.

This reminds me of when Manetta unfurled the team's black flag and brought-in Barlini after Sarti went over the rail.

Cripes, I'm off for a few days and aportney leaves.

Count this as another vote for him to stay. Until I can afford the shoes he shows, I need that shoe porn badly!

Geez, what happened in that thread? I hope Andrew will change his mind and resume posting in the future. He's a great resource that is very generous with his contributions. It would be a real shame for him to leave permanently.

Andrew, please stay and keep posting. Your "damage report" and advice on shoes makes this forum great, I skipped many lame posts but once I saw your name on any posts I click on them immediately. Your contributions were invaluable to this forum. Please keep on posting!!

It's really unfortunate the way you were treated by the moderator. Let by gone be by gone and rise yourself above him, we really missed you and your postings.

I, too, hated to read of Andrew's resignation, and hope that he returns to posting. He has been a good friend, offering all sorts of advice on various purchases. Not everything that Andrew had to put up with recently was public, nor probably should it be, but I can sympathize with his choice. Perhaps with time he will reconsider. We all need more Shoe Damage threads.

Everyone directly involved in the whole affair feels screwed over. Let's all just let bygones be bygones and move on.

Fok.
