Shampoo for Dry Hair

Ok,
I have short, blond, and dry hair (as is my skin) usually I don't care much about the shampoo I use however people at the haircut place tell me my hair is excessively dry. Skin is dry too. I am wondering what shampoo hair product do you recommend for dry scalp / hair.
