No I don't shave my shaft, because I don't cut it too close down there. I keep it trim, but I leave a little bit of hair. The one time I took it all off it was so itchy and irritated down there that I never did it again. And I didn't think it was more aesthetically pleasing. And I don't care about the illusion of your penis being bigger when it's shaved, anyone who sees it, and cares, should learn how big it is by experience :P
