Yes, yes, yes, and thanks! It is Japanese, made by Hiroo Itou. Damascus is a questionable term, but it is pattern welded stainless steel and abalone, as you noted. I have three now and I love them. Fever Tree also has a "lite" tonic, which I prefer, because it's less sweet than their regular brew. It doesn't have any funky artificial sweeteners, just less sugar. The only place I've found it is Beverages and More.
