^i didn't see it, wha happened? they played well in the 1st half and hung tough, which is when i wrote that post. but then the 2nd half started and the Americans took a nice steaming shit on them

On the semi-final, it was a close game and Turkeys center got fouled and looked real hurt and had to be taken out of the game so another player took the free throws for him. The center sucked in shooting free throws and they won by one point (not due to the free throw but it did help) and by the next game (todays championship game) the center is back in the starting line-up against the U.S. so there is some controversy if the center just pretended to be hurt and unable to continue so that a better free throw shooter gets to take the shot.

He was on both championship teams? He really was useless, I don't even remember him being that long with the Lakers. Well at least he got some money out of it too. Don't see him in the league for much longer.
