No, the second one was pretty terrible. It had its moments, but by and large, it was awful. Came nowhere close to the first one, but even absent that comparison, it was bad in its own right.

Agreed. When is this fad going to fucking die? I remember pulling "Jaws 3D" references out of the recesses of my brain to make the occasional pop culture joke back in the day.
