Well, turns out she wasn't looking for a "correct answer" today, rather she wanted use to spot the issues as discussed in this thread. Obviously several key facts were not stated in the original case that would be vital to determining a verdict, I guess more facts will be added to the story as we go along.

Yes, I was able to bring forward some information regarding statute of limitations and the amount of time the victim has to file a case. Once again, SF is useful for something
