How are their merino offerings now?

I just got my first pair of heavy winter weight in Egyptian Blue. I sized down from my supposed TTS from medium to small, but they still are a little large.

Seriously, do these socks run huge or what?! My feet measure 26cm in length. They are really quite thin as well, even thinner than the kind I get in my tropical country.

Can anyone compare the "100% cotton dress socks" with the "super heavy cotton socks" and "heavy merino wool socks" in terms of thickness and sizing difference?

I am looking for heavy padding at the heel, so I require the socks to be thick.

I thought they were big too. But they shrink a bit after the first wash.

Would be good to have more staple colours for the "super heavy cotton socks". Like navy blue and dark grey.

These are the thickest for Viccel socks, no?

How long does it take to get socks?

I'm in Clarkston Washington, I wanted to try these, I ordered 14 pair on January 19th, they shipped on the 21st, and I've still not gotten them. I sent them an email on Feb 13th, the 15th they replied it takes 2-4 weeks. I'm wondering what kind of turn around times others are getting.

Sean, it can really vary for Americans as to how quickly the pass customs. I think goods from Turkey get a bit more inspection than those from the UK

I'm in DC (was in previously Houston) and it typically takes 3-4 weeks for my orders to come in. Well worth the wait in my mind.

Any suggestions on what weight is preferred for spring and summer to wear with loafers? If I remember correctly, the socks are very thin? The last pair I bought was 4 years ago and I cannot remember what weight they are.

The heavy winter socks are of the same thickness as my standard summer ones. But since you are wearing those with loafers, perhaps the thinner winter weight is better.

do you get a tracking number when ordering? I ordered socks on Feb 23rd and haven't gotten any sort of confirmation or tracking number.

I recommend getting the heaviest weight for wear.  If you're nearer the equator than I then linen socks might be a better bet, I certainly notice the difference with linen, but they're bloody hard to find.

I've never been provided with a tracking number but it usually takes between 3 and 4 weeks for my order to arrive.

Yeah, I was thinking that they were extremely thin since they're made for the Turkish climate. The heavy winter weight should be similar to normal weight socks.

Just got a response from them and they said it was shipped 3 days after I ordered and takes 2 -4 weeks, so I'm sure I'll be getting them soon.  I'm just used to getting shipping confirmations, but there's so many responses on here they seem pretty consistent and trustworthy.
