Pictures of nice gloves...? - Page 21

Super soft. The overall thickness is greater than cashmere and i think it's warmer than cashmere lined gloves. No sweat, just feel warm.

I got mine last year. the link is current season's.

Awesome! I'm hoping for a rabbit-lined pair next, and I was a bit worried about the fur getting gross. How does the stitching feel? I've noticed that some gloves have more spread-out stitches than others (like the ones sold at exquisitetrimmings that were posted a few posts back that had quite close stitches).

My father has the same (not in purple lining tho), they are damn comfy! They will hold many more winters my friend :)

Where can a man find a decently priced pair of peccary gloves?

Ebay has them pretty regularly. They are typically sold by manufacturers based in Peru. I've got a couple pairs of peccary gloves from ebay, and the quality is not bad. (1 is unlined driving gloves, other is alpaca lined winter gloves)

Just put a search on ebay for peccary gloves. Eventually you will find a pair you like at a decent price.

So awesome, do the gloves come like that or is it because he has used them for a while?

Well yea? Good peccary gloves are expensive. Dents unlined peccary go for $314 and cashmere lined for $399 and $439

Didnt know that didnt ship to sweden though.

There are some things even SF can't get cheaply.

Good to see this thread & I am considering supplying some top end gloves again in the future if the demand is there. I assume by peccary we are talking hogskin?
I have a beautiful pair not dissimilar to those pictured which are unlined hand sewn, hand made Hogskin from a very old English company (not Dents), beautifully soft and very durable - proper Gentlemen's gloves!
Interested anyone?
Best,
Tim Hardy
