Isn't Sunn O))) sludge music?

I have one of their albums...can only listen to it once in a while, and then usually just one song.

Sludge tends to be faster, IMO. But I find the distinction between these stoner, drone, doom and sludge is rather blurred.

I can only listen to most of these bands for long periods when I'm actively doing something else. As a non-stoner, I can't get lost in 50 minutes of feedback all that easily.

Sleep The Sword Kyuss Don't do drone. I think I could probably start a drone band though; even though I don't play the guitar, I'd have enough time to look up each chord between notes.
