Let's not forget Malkmus' work with the Silver Jews. American Water still holds up, eleven years later, as a fantastic album.

I would post a video of "Random Rules" but of the two studio versions I could find on YouTube, one features a girl belly dancing and the other movie stills of Sir Sean Connery.

Only song I ever really loved from them was "Circa 1762" (only available as a Peel Session bonus to the first album)
