Blood Clot Dissolves?

Last week, I got elbowed in the top of my left eye while playing basketball. It went through the whole process of being swollen and leaving a black eye etc... It's been a week and there's still some black parts on my eyelid but it doesn't really hurt anymore but there is a bump or lump inside my eyelid, which I believe is a blood clot.

I was just curious if it'll just dissolve by itself in a couple of days or has to be removed by a doctor?

Everybody knows the best medical advice comes from anonymous people on an online clothing forum. That said its probably cancer.
