hi i currently have an open dispute on paypal about a seller selling me fake levis, i started the dispute as they are of an odd shape cut and that there is no printing for the levi number e.g. 501 or size etc measurements on the badge, the badge is also of a larger size and is a hard black leather. I need documentation to support my case or paypal will drop it so i came here for help, can any un-bias third party offer me help or even advice?

it probably isn't fake, but a factory second, or 'irregular'

While Thai fakes specifically do you use black leather patches on some of their models, the etching is in silver not all black like that.

Furthermore, that is way too much tagging to go along with a Thai fake, unless certain other places are producing fakes specifically geared for the European market.

Either way, you obviously don't know enough about what legit European Levis look like to be able to tell what is a fake and what is not, neither does anyone here most likely, so your paypal dispute has but a little leg to stand on, if any leg at all.

You should not have opened a claim against the seller.

Paypal WILL NOT give you credit for fakes or damaged items.... last year some douche on SuFu thought I sold him two fake Dior Homme shirts and opened a claim against me, Paypal rejected his claim and the SuFu mods, who knew the shirts were legit, banned him.

Paypal will only give you credit for things you've purchased that never arrived.

Paypal will give you credit for fakes if you purchased from ebay and can prove that what you received is fake.

Ha ha. They're just European Levis! How is that fake? Embrace the cultural difference and wear your French jeans!

Tons of stuff in my store have no lot number/waist and length printed on the back patch. If it's an odd cut, maybe you just got one that was bought from a second-hand outlet that sells defective goods.
Good thing, Levi's bought all of Most's Levi Outlets. Now I don't have to explain to customers that there are stores that carry crap like that.

They will also give credit for items that are significantly different than described. But, the buyer has to pay for shipping with tracking to send it back.
