Sorry, aspartame. I guess if you already have diabetes this is an alternative. However, the long term effects of consuming aspartame have yet to be determined. Hey look at it this way, you will always have other options!

Recently i have switched to Venti iced coffees from sbucks as I work literally next door to a starbucks [we share an ice machine] and with my target discount i get refills on Ventis for 48 cents.

I had four venti iced coffees between 1 and 930 pm.

I usually have atleast one monster, followed by several soft drinks, or free shots of espresso from the starbucks ladies.

if you ever need an insane bolt of energy put shitty drip coffee in a coffeemate espresso maker. I accidentally made what i thought was 3 shots one afternoon with folgers and couldn't sit still or shut up until a good 13-14 hours later.

i don't get hyper from caffeine at all, for instance i had all those iced coffees and have sat still not moving anything but my hands in the past 2 hours.

its my brain that gets hyper.

someone was talking about blowing into their cup and then breathing in the espresso or something like this

i used to love to do this with togo americanos or crowbars... i don't know shit about wine or how the pallate works, but i likened it to people smelling their wine before they drink it... it really prepares your brain for the awesome coffee your about to injest.

in high school we used to get 'vietnamese coffee' from gloria jeans... it basically consisted of one crappy coffee mate creamer pod and then as much espresso as they could fit into the cup. My friend and i would typically split it. i am almost positve they made the drink up, as we asked 'we want to split whatever drink you guys sell that has the most caffeine'.

a kid got one, they put 9 shots in his cup... during the ride back to school he not only shit his pants, but apparently almost passed out.

my gf at the time heard this and gave me lectures about how i was going to have a heart attack before my 18th birthday.

the 'growth stunting' rumorsabout coffee are false BTW.

Glad to hear, I do not either. I just wanted to correct my error while exposing the real ingredient in coke and diet coke. I find it hilarious the main ingredient in coke is derived from corn. Essentially, all non-diet soda drinkers are drinking carbonated water with corn. You have to love industrial food! Anyway, back to the caffeine talk.
