Had to share some fantastic customer service on Saddleback's part: Last weekend, I ordered a briefcase from Dave's Deals — my first Saddleback, as it happens. I noticed a little later that the item I'd ordered still appeared on Saddleback's site, but I just assumed that it was slow to update. Today, I got an email: somehow, apparently, they'd sold the same factory second briefcase twice. Oh no! But wait — to make it up to me, they said, they'd send a first quality bag in the same size and color, no questions asked. I got a tracking number minutes later.
Very cool, Saddleback. I think you've earned yourself a repeat customer.
