Beautiful Spots in Wine Country (CA)

Any suggestions?
My gf is arriving tomorrow, and I have tomorrow and Tuesday off. Although pretty much everything out here is beautiful, I want to take her around to some of the really amazing, picturesque spots. I'm in Santa Rosa, but can go anywhere in Sonoma or Napa Valley.
I know of a few spots, but not a lot.

Any suggestions?

Also, anything else that's good for couples out here but not very costly?

TIA.

As you can imagine, asking for romantic getaway spots in Napa that aren't too costly is kinda like asking StyleForum for recommendations on shoes that aren't too costly.

What's you budget?

Not really getaway spots. Just shit like scenic drives, places we can get out of the car and watch the sunset, etc. We'll use my apt as a home base kinda thing. Just want some fun shit to do during the day (other than her).

Think of my budget for the week as what you would pay for a pair of shoe trees. .........

That's a real problem then as I'm a cheap bastard when it comes to shoe trees.

I guess the obvious would be to look online for wineries that don't charge for tastings. Or even if they do, ones that have nice grounds. For example, drive up to Hess Winery. Whether or not you want the tasting, the drive up the hill is nice and they have a great view of the valley. Check the surrounding area on a map and drive around there.

Otherwise, consider going the other direction and driving out the coast. You could make a pretty nice day trip up to Mendocino and back.
