Now that's obviously not allowed is it?.

I know all you have to do is return them, but charging hundreds more than what you agreed upon can't possibly be legal.

If they do that they are going to have a bunch of very angry people with over draft charges.

I have a tough time believing that JAB would put the orders through at full price. Seems illegal on so many levels.

Here's a shot of mine.
They look somewhat "golden" because of the sunlight....but they are a darker brown with a burnished toe. Great shoes and I just picked up a pair in black after the last price drop

Looks like JAB says you gents will not be receiving your walnuts for $40. Prices are now morphing to the upper $300's range when appearing on credit cards.

My credit card was correctly charged ~$50. Just checked my pending transactions online.

Good catch. I was wondering if that was a made up email. I would imagine they would send out an automated response, and it wouldn't take any time at all if that were their decision.
