For business casual, the sky is the limit really. Quintessentially, the Park Avenue should be the last black shoe you will ever need. Aside from black tie events that is

I was just wondering if anyone has had the chance to try on the neumoras in person yet and can give me an idea of the fit. I don't have an AE store nearby so I might have to order online, but I am apprehensive about buying without having a good idea for sizing.
For reference: usually the 5 last in balmorals fit well for me (but not for bluchers, which tend to be too loose on my foot). I also have a pair of macneils, which have good width, but the clipped toe bothers me sometimes (perhaps the toe is too short). Thanks!
So I placed the order. This is what I went for...

As I say, the mockup on the AE website looks pretty crap. The specs are:
Wingtip = Walnut Calf
Vamp = Walnut Calf
Eyestays = Walnut Calf
Quarters = Walnut Calf
Backstay = Walnut Calf
Stitching = Tone on Tone
Welt = Natural Standard
Sole = Leather
Insole = Leather
That is one shoe that I wish was offered as standard model. I'm not a fan of the walnut pebble grain but never wanted to take the step for a custom order. Looking forward to seeing yours! If you check around, AcousticFoodie has a pair of walnut macneil's that look absolutely amazing with some wear on them. They are simply stunning!! You made a great choice.
Incidentally, I ran into a similar sizing solution with the macneil, a half size up in length from my brannock size worked better than increasing the width. I'm an 11D TTS and went to a 11.5D in the Macneil. I've found that the #1 lasted Leeds fits the best of all the AE lasts as I have a slightly tall instep.

They look terrific, I'm sure I'm person they'll be even better. Great choice with the natural edge trim.
Mine shipped yesterday (ordered March 5); supposed to arrive tomorrow!
I'll post pics this weekend, hopefully...

Good to know about the sizing! Yeah I would have been all over them ages ago if they we're offered on the AE website. AcousticFoodie was actually part of my inspiration - I really didn't like the pebble grain and it took me a while to pull the plug on these simply because of the added $ and possible sizing issues. I'll be sure to take some photos when they arrive in 4-6 weeks

I certainly hope they look great. Thanks for the morale boost!
Okay, think I just found that they are on the 0 last. Assuming this is true, anyone have any experience with the 0? I wear a 7.5D very comfortably in the 5 and trying to figure out how the 0 might fit (without going to the store, of course).
Just got my Dundees today. They look great; no QC problems. I ordered my usual 10E w/ some trepidation, since others said that the Malverns ran short & narrow. The Dundees in 10E fit just like all my other 10Es. The color of the cappuccino shell is definitely lighter than my brown shell Strands. I'm happy w/ them.
