I thought I made myself very clear.  I will wait until the sun comes out lol

And no, its not the leaves... i hate the fall actually.  Its just the fact that its an awesome picture, and the american flag in the background is unique and pretty sweet as well, considering these are made in the USA.

I snagged the last pair of Sanderson Brown 10D yesterday. $129.50 is an incredible deal.

Anymore feedback on the difference between the Ralph Lauren AEs and the regular AEs?  Trying to decide between a pair of Sandersons and a pair of Mccalisters.  Diff shoes I know...

If I were you, I would buy the Sanderson now and wait for a sale on the McAllister. Next week you can save 15% on factory seconds.

at 130/pair, it's the cost of a resole. An incredible bargain on the RL shoes.

You can get Brooks Mccalisters for the same 130.  It's basically whether or not the RL stuff is worth the normal price hike over the AE stuff.  I've heard the finish is diff but not totally sure...

Ha, then buy both man, you will not get this price anytime soon.

Different last as well. You are looking at 5 last for Mccallister v. the RL last, which I believe is the 2.

Personally, I agree with the previous posters who said that the AE for RL has better leather and better finish. The RL Illford boots I have are made by AE and the leather feels more supple than my AE shoes.

My bank account really wants to flip you guys off lol.  I do hear that the 222 last is really narrow.  Gotta figure out if they have any wider shoes.

As much as I love my walnut Daltons, I'd really love the bourbon.  I missed out on the Friday offering a while back - has anyone had any luck with or suggestions for special ordering a bourbon Dalton?

Heaven forbid they ever offer the walnut shell again...

That was quick Fed Ex just dropped off my shoes from the sale that I ordered yesterday. Unfortunately no Saunders for me, the invoice said sorry out of stock censored.gif I will get on the waiting list for that one for sure.

The Brooks 7 Tan Calf/Linen are awesome and I can not find anything wrong with them at all so they are a keeper. Of course they look better IRL than the picture. Going to be a few months before it is seasonal enough to wear however.

I also ordered the BB Park Ave in black, yes I have gone for years without the PA wearing my black Leeds instead. Figured the BB PA would be a good bad weather suit shoe in black, especially at $130 I couldn't go wrong. From all the pictures I have seen of them I never liked the short toe cap but these are just about perfect much to my surprise. The gap in the lacing is much larger than my other 5 last shoes and I'm still looking for flaws but haven't seen any yet. I could see a black shell PA making into the rotation, but at some point I have to put an end to this madness. Or not....

Just pulled the trigger on a pair of AE for Brooks Bros. Walnut Strand.

Incredible thanks for posting the # to the outlet store.

Will be posting picks as soon as they're here.
