You have to "bull" the toe.. Takes time but is worth it. Now I need to figure out the rest of the shoe. I have no desire to spend 3 more hours shining tonight..

Warning: Do not use Renovateur on the AE dress belt (at least walnut for sure). I just did and it pulled the color right off leaving a splotchy mess. Ugh.
On the positive side, it worked great on the burgundy shell belt.

Good to know and sorry this happened! I was considering using Ren on a light, walnut-ish Polo Ralph Lauren belt I have. the part the buckle rests on has a mark where it's lightened up from wear.
Indy is chromexel. Coldiron posted how he treated his chromexel daltons somewhere; might be in the wolverine thread? I'll see if I can find it.
But very similar to shell in that very oily and you dont want to polish them. Lots of brushing.
Thanks I tried to search for it but I couldn't find it. Now after this Indy and the 744 I got stop for awhile.... Oops except I have those shell strands coming. Any one think the can put me up when the wife finds out
Ok I saw the video so you recommend some kiwi wax... All I have now is some natural saphir wax that I use in conjunction with there cream polish and Reno. Maybe I need to get some colored wax from kiwi
