If I had to guess, the price reductions are AE-wide, but the 20% / 30% off is probably only for this outlet.  They will physically be there all night, so give them a call at 3am to place your order (that's what I plan to do).  I believe they even do free shipping.  This outlet can get anything that the shoebank /other outlets can get, even 1sts - they all work off the same database.

The 20% / 30% middle of the night deals at the Jeffersonville, OH outlet can only apply to a regularly-priced item, so no stacking on the discounted prices above.  Still some pretty decent deals if you ask me...
