Amazon always mirrors big AE sales.  Anything discounted beyond that is the usual unpredictability of Amazon.

Yes, select your shoe and size and the code FALL2012 will appear.  The code is not available for all sale shoes, however.  No code for me for Jeffersons.

Most monk strap shoes do have some sort of elastic on the buckle. However, when AE first released the nuemoras they didn't have any elastic on them, which they later found out that many people had broken the buckles because of it. They then Recalled all sales and offered a fix for them. Now I believe any new pair ordered will be updated with the elastic.

Mine however, we're pre ordered and arrived at my doorstep the day of release, and mine have no elastic on them. I have not had any trouble with them and don't plan on doing anything to them unless they break. I've already talked to AE about the circumstance, they informed me if anything does happen down the road, they will be willing to fix them.

I'm curious about this as well. I've got some jeans that would look amazing with the burgundy shell Dalton webgems; I just need to find a suitable belt.

The belt loops on my denim will happily take a belt up to two inches wide. Manistee is 35mm or 1-3/8", but it may still be the best bet even if it looks like it's swimming in all that extra space... and it is a fine-looking belt.

I have the Larkins on the 7 last size 8D. AE suggests that if I get the Strands on the 5 last, I should size down to a 7.5E. Any merit to this? The Larkins fit great on me.

Amazon is advertising the Rediscovering America sale. Hope this link works: http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=amb_link_365481922_3?ie=UTF8&node=5790922011&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=hero-quick-promo&pf_rd_r=1SM9YF2D5XJRARZHZ8M2&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_p=1400142502&pf_rd_i=B000H19DYG

It seems odd, but apparently they are discounting with AE's consent. Looks like they are maybe offering the same discounts as AE, plus sniping with some additional discounts of their own....

Thinking of picking up the Delray in chili.

Sadly, it seems to be a much smaller selection.  The cordovan Leeds, for example, is not included.

Can the white marks coming from the sole be fixed?

I think on the AE's sale release stated that their major retailers will also get in on the sales event, not sure about Nordstrom since I checked their site and the shoes were not on sale. Was able to pick up a pair of walnut sanford with another $50 off from Amazon. The Fall2012 code doesn't seem to work for me. I had to subscribe to amazon shoes to get a code that I can use directly to get the 20% off. I think that only works for first time subscribers.

Do you mean the scuffs on the bottom front of each shoe? If so, yes. That is just wear from the sole due to the way the person walks. You can run some edge dressing over it - AE sells it for a couple $. It's similar to a watered down black polish. Very, very easy to do.

Also, in the long run, when you resole it will be fixed - meaning, not a permanent issue.

Since I'm in Canada, what's the best way to find out what seconds are available and pricing on them?

Why are there "import fees" of $67 from Amazon when the shoes are made in USA?

Not all brands have elastic. When AE released the Neumora, it didn't have elastic. People complained, so they recalled them and released the "fixed" version. I bought the shoe in black from AE for $190 shipped. The brown looks pretty good. Maybe I'll get those too.

I wear an 8B in the Strand. I'm interested in exploring some of AE's more casual offerings (ie, cronmok, etc), but AE doesn't make most shoes in B widths under size 9.

What would be the suggested size/width combo to go on these other models? 7.5D? 9B?

How many brushes do you guys have per shoe color?  eg, 1 dauber brush 1 horsehair brush for each color

thinking about picking some accessories during the AE sale.  Unless you guys can recommend somewhere else that's cheaper and just about as effective.  Thanks.
