Finally got my black pair of Normandy boots today. They look better in person than they do on the website. Thinking of switching back to the yellow laces though

I would be thrilled to read that those are not shell. This pic the one of Pepper's shell Dundees last week have me really wanting a pair.

How does Leeds 2.0 differ from the older Leeds model?

The pattern is slightly different, slip beading seems to be gone, and it uses a poron insole. To my untrained eye, these seem to be cost-cutting moves.

Have put a few wears on the 511 lasted Normandys.  With this ultra soft Kudu leather, fitment has improved especially with tighter than usual lacing.

For the aged vibe, they are paired here with a pair of Bill's 25th anniversary Cramertons (military's material from 1920s/60s) also currently at half price with a free T-shirt. edit: cyber Monday: 60% off...

I found these Rogues for 200.00 online, free shipping and no tax. The department store I purchased them from said they would no longer carry this style. Was this a pretty good bargain?

Is it possible for him to visit a store and get sized? I have found that finding the proper size takes time but once you do, you're good to go. It's hard to order AE shoes based on what you typically wear, strictly using a brannock, and/or using the printable sizing guide.

Looks like all the brooks brothers styles were pulled of the shoe bank website.

You'll have to be a more active member of that community to find out! wink.gif

Although it looks like the final makeup will be redundant for you.

Seconded. I have very wide feet with not too long toes and I'm reaching territories never seen before. Getting a 9.5 3E to try now since the 9 3E I ordered (Sauk Drive) still hurts the pinky. I have really well fitting 7 1/2 E (actually EU 40) suede shoes (totally different manufacturer). It's the tapering that kills my toes...
