There wasn't a ton in 13D at the Torrance or Huntington Beach BCFs. Unless you're in the market for Khaki Grain McTavish (Torrance) or White/Chili and White/Black Redan Golf shoes (Huntington Beach).

A couple of weeks ago there were Chili Bleeker Street in 10.5D and a pair of 11.5D Green Suede Strands. Wish both were 13D!

They have a pair of 13D Schautals here in NYC at the BCF in Downtown Brooklyn I think for $69.00. I'll check later today...

I've pretty much decided to go on an AE spending freeze for a little while, but if one of these showed up in a 13B... well, I'd probably have to make an exception.

I've tried a lot of different sizes..... and my feet have changed slightly in the last couple years. I'm a solid 12 in most things now, where I used to be an easy 11.5.

65-11.5D/12C

108-11E/11.5D

97-11.5D/12B

1943-12D

511-11.5D/11.5E/12C

606-12D

201-11.5D

I wish Paul G. would explain why AE shoes are regularly a half size or more off the Brannock device measurements.  It makes buying AE shoes online a very frustrating experience.

Most manufacturers are that way Alden, Viberg, Vass, Carmina, Edward Green(don't own but have tried on), Rancourt etc. Lasts are built for style and/or to account for a special fit. I would venture to say most of the shoes/boots/boat shoes I own are in sizes other than my brannok size.

It is, but after you figure it out its not that bad. For reference though I measure a 12D as well and Kyles sizing is pretty close to what I've experienced. 97 I found a 12C works well. I have 12Ds in most 511 and lately have thought about trying down to a 11.5D. 65/108 also great at 11.5D.

I'm trying the 333 in 11.5D as well with an inbound Rutledge and 11.5D in the 511G. I have a 12D golf shoe and its huge. I get the lacing completely closed and it still feels loose.

My Alden sizing is 11D and 11.5D. Never thought I'd ever be able to wear an 11.

Dark chili Warwick from BB. I put some navy polish on the toes to highlight the burnish. Any thoughts on these with grey wool pleated and cuffed slacks and a sport coat for a business meeting? Crisp whit shirt dresses it up in my opinion, but curious if others agree. Using magnetic collar stays for first time and impressed.

How is the fit compared to the regular version? Is there padded insole?
I have yet to try this new last one, did you take the same size as the 65 last?

Hi all, I recently came into possession of Allen Edmonds shoes made for the US Olympic Team at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics (designed by Henry Grethel). They're two-toned with nubuck and calf. From my limited web searches, I understand that these Broadstreets were not made on the regular 3 last, but a sleeker last.

Can anyone tell me which last these are made on? Thanks!

Edit: question answered (7 last).

Tried the BCF by my work and nothing in big sizes. So I browsed and was shocked to see these.

Just some scuffs really. Pretty good for $140. 2nds. They had two pairs also but the other the pinking was much worse. Then I looked some more and found some red neumoks and a Hyde street. Didn't think this market would end up with anymore. Hopefully some show up in my size.

@Reosymes  that has always been one of my favorite models

Pretty good sized box waiting for me today. 11.5D Rutledge isnt going to work though. The PA's are keepers despite a few issues and maybe a small leather repair. But for $229 it's hard to complain. And messenger bags. Crazy good.

I'm an 8E on the brannock device and have an 8E in the walnut strand, merlot mcallister, and black PA (65 last)

Tbh, a 7.5E would probably fit me better than my current 8E, but 8E is still acceptable.  Oh well.

Feet get longer over time anyways right?  lol

oh and don't feel swell a little as the day goes on?

(I'm trying to ease my mind a little if you didn't notice)

How does that Rutledge compare to the PA?

And is there any last that is known to have a bit more room in the toe box?

How much were the bags each?
