I've ordered the sixth avenue Nordstrom Rack exclusive from said website and they had the stamp so YMMV.

Yep it can easily be removed. The solvent in a lighter cream is probably enough.

Haha my wife hates my new shoes.

Is that the longwing that we thought was made for the German market? I thought there were pictures earlier in this thread, but I don't recall what color they were.

Size 10. I took this picture at an odd angle but if you look at Garland's post of his pair you will see a better representation of the medallion size.

Just saw the Cornwallis and Yorktown in person. Both are quite lovely. Very impressed. The new last(s) look really great. Didn't have my size yet to try on, though.

Could you please describe the Yorktown? I can't find an image.

Sorry, should have taken photos.

It's basically a Townley. Blucher, perforated cap toe. No medallion. Broguing lines along the eyestays and (maybe) the heel counter. Really nice, elegant last. Subtly chiseled toe. Similar to the 333 or the new last that the Cornwallis is on.

Yep, looks like it. Although they do look better in person than in those photos. Are those from that guy on eBay who sells the no warranty AEs? Looks like his photography.

Yep. It looks like he's already selling some of the new models.

I'm looking to add another shoe or two to the rotation. Was hoping to get some input from you all. Here is what I have so far:

1) PA black
2) PA oxblood (relatively new addition)
3) FA dark brown
4) McGraw dark brown
5) McAllister merlot
6) Jefferson walnut (relatively new addition)
7) Strand walnut

Here are the shoes I'm looking at right now:

1) Strand bourbon or Bob's chili
2) Mora 2.0 dark brown
3) Grayson oxblood

I think I'll eventually get all three, but was wondering which direction I should head first. In particular, I'm struggling with choosing the color of the Strand. I feel like I want to like the bourbon color, but have hesitations about it when I see it in person. I've seen Bob's chili, and like it, but haven't seen it in the Strand model. Any thoughts or suggestions?

What last are these built on? The 201?

As I recall, they have not described the 1943 yet. Any general thought on what the 1943 can be compared to in their existing line of lasts?
