Fantastic. One of my favorite trunk show makeups!

Is this a walnut Rutledge?

I got the image from the board, but not sure who first posted or whose pic this actually is...

Any opinions on the Central Parks?

I have a few pairs of brown Allen Edmonds, I don't ever really wear black except for maybe once every other year or so I need a tux, and the occasional funeral. There's a pair of black Central Parks on shoe bank in my size for $127, was thinking they could cover those two occasions. Opinions or suggestions?

I wear a suit (or at least a jacket/pants that are non-matching) every day to work. I'm thinking I have a solid rotation and I shouldn't purchase anymore considering I've purchased eight of these nine shoes within the last year. To be frank, the 65 last kills my feet as I wear 8.5EEE and I have a high instep but I deal with it since I like the balmoral look with suits. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

First thought that came to mind: Note to self - don't ever try the 65 last. I have an 8EEE Leeds that is still not wide enough (or I need an 8.5EEE, who knows). I can't get into regular Oxfords. I get stuck trying to get the instep into the shoe.

Why are you doing this to yourself?

On a sidenote: any Canadians here, specifically Montrealers that might know where to find AE shoes around here in 3E to try on for real and maybe at BCF style pricing? wink.gif

Enquired about the tracking on the 15th and was told something screwy about transitioning from one system to another, and I'm still waiting. No one seems to be able to tell me if they shipped, if there's a tracking #, and generally it seems like a complete clusterf***. Is it normally this way?

I got no email at all after my phone order on the 15th. Inquired via email Saturday evening and got an email from a rep on Monday with the tracking number. They said they need to sometimes go and manually find the tracking number as the systems are screwed up right now. Fedex called me Tuesday 2pm that I can pick them up (I had requested a hold at the Fedex location thats on my way home). You might just find a Fedex sticker on your door soon-ish wink.gif

And this is really an exception. The last time I ordered I got an automated mail with tracking info and all that. I'm in Montreal for reference. Interestingly according to the tracking info, this time it took a different route through the Fedex system than last time but both went from Port Washington to Montreal.

Do people notice they're really green? What do they say when they find out? It looks quite subtle.
