+1 to that. (Although the Jeffs don't come in Chili) See my post a few above.

BTW Neo, I see they're still busting our balls keeping the golden brown Rush Streets at $220.

I'm actually more like an 8. My foot is shrinking...I bought bourbon because they are different. West comes to worst they become beater bar shoes. I usually spend 120 on sebago classics as my beaters.

I live in DC now but I used to go to the store on newbury.

WTF is with that?!  Seriously - I love the green rush streets and all but they just don't go with anything.  I try to wear them with khakis all the time but they just stand out too much for me.  The CXL is incredible though - would snap up those golden brown in a heartbeat if they went down.

You plan on wearing bourbon graysons as your beater bar shoes - where, the blue oyster bar?

Haha no that's if I don't like them. I'll get a lot of use out of them, they would be my most dressy pair of loafers so I'll wear them to class maybe work on Fridays

Add chili cream polish to the Walnut Jeffersons and you have a really interesting, light chili color. I have been treating mine like this for quite some time and find them a lot more interesting.

Unless you use neutral polish, any polish will darken it. Which is what I prefer anyways
Exactly what I want is a little darker so I'll take that advice

My normal size in the 65 last is a 13B, and I ordered that in the Gobi. I really hope it works out. Does anyone have experience with that 809 last of the Gobi?

I also grabbed a pair of the Clark Street in natural.
Hopefully this works out as well.

I went with 13d I wear 13e in 511 last typically

The Kirkwood and Mariner boat shoes are currently on sale for $125, which I think is a steal!

The first quality shoes are cheaper than the seconds! (Both of mine are seconds.)  I have the navy and golden brown Kirkwoods and I highly recommend them.

Those look great!  I've been looking at the Kirkwoods since they went on sale.  Do you know how the color of the "Golden Brown" compares to just the "Brown" variation?

Are yours a brighter green? I have that leather in a boot and it pairs with a ton of stuff well for me. Or is it more a style thing? I wear my green nuemok with shorts in the summer....black, brown, grey, light tan...I do match a shirt to them.

Picked up the walnut Dalton for $209 from the Tent sale this morning (been waiting for this price patiently for the last 2 months!!).

Thinking of ordering some polishing stuff for it ....

Should I get the saphir polish or the AE neutral polish+conditioner suffice ?? I guess is the saphir really that good over AE?

Thanks.

I have the golden brown, and I find them much prettier than the regular brown, which is kind of a chocolate color.
