Are you kidding me?  They are really discontinuing it altogether?  Some of these I could understand - the Desoto/Concordia is truly terrible - don't comment on that, don't want to get you into trouble, the Macneil was just reintroduced, but the Randolph and the Patriot were like their classic styles.  Any idea what is going to replace these?  Thanks for the info.

Was the Lexington not a popular style?  I always thought it looked pretty nice.  Was it really that different from the Kenilworth they used to carry and discontinued?

I can't say for certain that the patriot is discontinued, although it sure looks that way going to clearance. This is must my opinion, but I think the Ascher might be intended to replace the Patriot? Same last, penny loafer, similar styling. etc.  The Leeds, Macneil, and Jefferson are all getting 2.0 versions. I dont know about the randolph though. Someone here said that a 2.0 version was coming in that too, although I haven't been able to confirm that myself.

The Lexington is extremely popular. The dainite soled version isn't going anywhere though, just the leather sole.

PSA

Many Shoebank  prices have a significant reduction in prices this morning.

Several items I checked are well below the recent flyer's prices.

Are Dalton 2nds really only 209$ hmm. Didn't think I was buying anymore AEs this year now that I've been bit by the Vass bug, but this is an impulse buy-worthy price.

Looks like they made a mistake on burgundy shell Park Avenues... they're only listed at $229

Yup - I just picked up a pair in bourbon

I also snagged a brown cordovan park ave at the heavy discount noted above. I'm not certain it's going to be the right size but it was too good of a price not to buy

Thanks for the heads up @jzrhwinnj

I am not planning to buy, but Jefferson's at $197 is a pretty nice deal too

Strand at $199 might be worth it for me but I'm undecided at the moment.

Ordered Fifth Avenue Dark Chili Burnished @ $199.

Just picked up the brown Jefferson for $197 & bourbon Dalton for $209 from the shoebank.  I had to beg my wife to give me my early Father's Day present which I knew would be an AE gift card ;-)

Hopefully both are in great condition.

Wow, there are some fantastic deals on the Shoebank right now!

I've been hemming and hawing and biding my time trying to decide if I wanted a pair of Tan Saddle Gobis. At $97, you're darn tootin' I do. Was looking for something else around that price point so I could double it up and use my Amex promotion (essentially getting me 2 pairs of AEs for around $150), but didn't see anything I was really dying to get. Looked for a navy Neumok, but couldn't nab a pair in my size.
