Looking in AE's website, they recommend "natural" edge dressing. I don't see natural on their website, but I do see neutral. Should I go for that?

They also recommend not polishing them? It seems they want me to just use leather conditioner and saddle soap? I have the cronmoks in tan, and I have always just used a neutral polish. Should I really avoid using polish on cronmoks?

In lieu of polish, try VSC - it makes that navy leather really pop.

Good eye. It most certainly does not, hence the pictures of the one shoe. They're going back.

Thanks to everyone for your input. I just needed some confirmation that I wasn't crazy.

The best pair of bourbon that I've had was the university, others have been really bad. I think the Brown Fifth Ave is very sharp in case you want to get something else.

BRB. Buying flat laces for my dark brown PAs. Those look great! It actually takes away a bit from the stubbiness.

Those are beautiful. Keep us posted with pics. Cordovan folds and IMO is better suited for derby style shoes...the folds take away from the sleekness of an Oxford style shoe. Again, just my opinion.
