How often does shoebank have a sale? I really want Mora 2.0's they are perfect for my work and business style. They're still pretty close to 300$ right now. I subbed to the email list.

They might be in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale in July at around $250 for firsts. Otherwise, it will probably be a while before they have another seconds sale since the Annual Tent Sale just ended last week.

I recently picked up the Mora 2.0's at an AE store when they were running their sale, came out to about $300 total with shoe trees and tax. My understanding is that they run another sale around December.

On a side note, does anyone know if the shell cordovan models ever go on sale, and about how much they're discounted if they do?

I would pay 250$ for firsts for sure. Is the anniversary sale in store only?

It's challenging keeping up with this thread so apologies if this has already been answered (it was discussed but I didn't see an answer) but on the new shoebank website I don't ever see BB or RL models. Do you still need to email to get a list of those? Thanks.

I assumed that they were just wiped out, but I saw a decent amount of them at the physical Tent Sale, so I'd assume that you need to contact the Shoe Bank directly regarding those shoes from now on. I could be wrong though.

Pretty sure it's online too.

The Rediscover America sale in late September/early October should bump them down at least 15% or more, so (assuming no price increases between now and then) $552.50 at most for shoes and $616.25 at most for boots. Otherwise seconds will probably be on sale for $399 at some point as well, having just been that for the Tent Sale.

Thanks, what exactly is this tent sale?

I am thinking of expanding my small but growing collection with a dark brown wingtip. I'm looking for something versatile (shoe or boot) that can look good with bus casual, wool trousers or maybe even jeans. HAve narrowed down to cognac mctavish, burgundy Mcallister (on sale at BB this week) or dark brown cronmok; all in the $250 range. Another option is to wait and save up for dalton in chocolate brown. Would appreciate any helpful advice.

If you aren't dead set on a shortwing, you might want to wait for a sale and MTO a pair of brown calf McNeil LWB. I, personally, think they are a bit more versatile than the "casual oxfords(balmorals)" that AE has.

Thanks, is there somewhere I can find a list of all the regular AE sales that are held throughout the year?

I think there may be a legal issue so they don't post BB and RL seconds on the website. You can call the store to see what's available in your size. I got a list during the sale and they had plenty of them in stock but nothing was on the site.

I'm not aware of an official list anywhere. You can go through a few thousands pages of this thread and probably can figure out a pattern. If there is a sale, it's probably get posted on here pretty quick.
