Not solid navy suit with walnut macneils like I promised but with solid royal blue suit instead

Walnut strands with Spanish blue herringbone suit yesterday

Love the elongated toe cap on these... I might have to check out the 3 last

Does it size the same as the 5 last?

I like the walnut / blue combination - well done.

I like the second picture as the Strands and the blue pants look nice together.  Sorry @wonsmithr8, but the royal blue suit and walnut longwing bluchers looks really off.

Haha mm yeah I figured it might be little off but I wore both my strands the past two days. Which part is odd, walnut or the blucher part.

Kind of an all of the above.  Your suit already stands out because it is a royal blue and reasonable minds could disagree about whether adding walnut to that suit is too much.  But then you factor in the clunkly longwing blucher vibe with a fairly fashionable modern suit and it looks off and like you do not know what you are doing.  I think with the strands it would still be a fairly loud combo, but ultimately a matter of personal taste.  I think bourbon double monks or strands would look better still, but YMMV.

Fair enough and I agree. I do need to pick up 1-2 more pairs of shoes (another in bourbon or brown and maybe another walnut).

Acrylic finished Leeds today, simply stunning imo.

I don't know if I can wait for these to need a resoling, I really want to send them to B Nelson and have an medium antique welt, edge dressing and brown dainite done on them.

Oh hmm didn't think merlot would work. I do have merlot ones. For some reason I feel like I have a harder time wearing merlot, might be my love hate for it haha

Alright Gentlemen,

Late yesterday evening I posted a pic of my Brown Cordovan Dundee's that was taken several months ago.  That reminded me that I should blow the dust off these beauties and let you guys see them now.
