If they're a size 8E or 8.5D, you can gladly return them or send them to me. Just let me know when you do.

Called first thing today and placed an order at 6am west coast time. Decided to go with the Broadstreet spectator in brown/white and the Westchester loafer in walnut. I was on the fence about ordering the Hanover, but decided that shoe might not look as well in the 3E width I need.

Since it is my first time ordering, can someone tell me whether I will receive a shipping confirmation, or will they simply arrive at my doorstep?

Still deciding if I can live with the defects on the left toe box.  There a few dark spots and some weird grain going on the left shoe toe box.  The top toe box is not smooth and the leather is rough looking.  Also a crease running on the left side.  Do you think they will even out or blend in once broken in?  The right shoe is perfect.  Keep or return?

For 350$ off, I would definitely keep them, as long as they fit and feel good.

With some boning, brushing, buffing and wearing they'll look fine.

Unfortunately the Mojave is not a good fit. They feel big. They are a 10.5D. I think I need a 10D instead. Unfortunately, AE doesn't have any more stock in that size.

True. I just got my Mojave today as well. I wear 9, and Mojave's 9 feels more like 9.5.

Also I the ankle didn't feel too stable. But I guess that's normal for unlined shoes, right?

The boot looks good though, the leather is nice too :)

Thanks.  That way my thought as well.  They fit and feel great.  Just concerned if the left toe box would look worse or better over time.

I did not want to really try and buff/bone yet since I was still on the fence.  They were are great price so I am leaning on keeping them.

How often does Allen Edmonds have their 2 pairs for $250 sales?  I'm buying two pairs (one bourbon Park Avenue and one Elgin), and I'm excited about my order.  But, I just got rid of a few beaten-up pairs of boots, and could go for a new pair or two, but, as it is already late March, I don't think I'd get much wear out of them before the fall.  If they have this promotion again in the late summer or early fall, I could just hold off on my order.  Do they have the sales at the same time every year, or is it just a random thing?

Suppose to be Dark Brown Cordovan.  I would say they are more medium brown.

Boots got thoroughly soaked. I wiped 'em down, stuck in some trees, brushed for three or four minutes each, and let 'em dry on some newspaper. They look just fine the next day.

Man, I wish shell was more plentiful.

Ha, I was tempted to wear my shell Daltons too, but figured the rain would taper towards the end of the day so I went with my calf Strands. I think I've probably fixed the worst of the water/salt stains but they're still damp tonight.

If you like a style now, I'd go for it. I don't know what they plan to bring back next year or not.

The issue is purely cosmetic it seems.  If the fit is good, then you can't beat the price.  Maybe applying cordovan shoe cream would help blend out the color.
