Those of you with E foots, have you ever seen Brooks Brothers models on your list from the shoe bank?

Thanks for the info, that really sets my mind at ease.

I sized up to an 8.5d in the 1 last for my new Leeds and they fit fantastic. I am an 8d in the 5 last as well.

Are snuff suede shoes supposed to be like this without shoe trees? I purchased this pair during the 2nd's sale. If you look at the first picture, you can see part of the lining coming off. Does that hurt the integrity of the shoes? The overall shape of the shoe seems weird, but I've never owned suede before. Thoughts?

On the other hand, I also just received my pair of shell Leeds in cordovan. Aside from the minor creases from the vamp (That part is gonna get creased up anyway), this pair looks pretty darn good.

Has anyone experienced this, I own a pair RL cordovan and now these and both have done this after brushing. both are very new so I am new to the cordovan shoes and just want to make sure it's normal.

It looks dry to me. Saphir Renovateur works well in this instance.

All if my AE shell does this. I would recommend some cordovan creme and then brushing

retuning a pair of shell dundees size 9.5D because they are too small. On a side note, it seems factory store are able to give 20% off on firts including shell ($520 instead of $650) if you are a regular customer, at their discretion. I ended buying a pair of firsts for $520.

Shoe trees or not, seconds or not, suede or not..... that should not be happening and I'd contact AE. But for goodness sakes, where the hell do you keep your shoes, under your car's tires?

The shoes were sent to me as shown in the attached photos. This is not how I treat my shoes. I was wondering whether snuff suede flops like this because they are unstructured shoes.

My strands came in.

Fits like a Glove.

I think I'm done for dress shoes for the year maybe, going to pick up some mctavish or nuemoks

As to the flopping over look, my unstructureds do flop quite a bit at points higher than my shoe trees (so my high Cronmok boots flop a lot more than my low, suede Strandmoks). But as saggy as they always look on the rack, they look fine when worn (and feel great!). Both did look relatively rigid out of the box though, if I recall correctly.
