thanks again to you and all of the other responses. If I went with an MTO, I would feel like I wasted an opportunity if I didn't change something up. I think it would look nice to go with the standard brown fifth street but have the edge be one shade lighter. That would make the shoe slightly more casual. What do you gents think? What would you change?
I think for most of us on this thread, paying listed price for any pair of first quality shoes without going through the SF MTO offer could be considered a wasted opportunity .
i think a light brown transparent edge would keep it looking formal enough but give it a different look. I'd personally just go with a dainite sole + independence lining. It might not be bad in merlot/burgundy calf either.
