Size & color? I'm sure someone here might be interested if you were just looking to get your money back

It was $169 for firsts and free shipping to Canada.

The width feels the same as my McAllister in the toe area and my toes end at the same spot. The laces do not close as much though. Overall keeping the same size seems to have worked for me.

My feet are apparently swollen right now as the McAllister is usually almost fully closed, but here is the difference:

And here is the gap earlier:

Absolutely, but as I mentioned in my post, that boot in that color has been unavailable in my size each time I've contacted the outlets. I put my name on the "please contact me when one becomes available" list. Thanks for the reply and reminder on the coupon, however.

Walnut Strands next to Walnut Carmina wings.  I think the quality of the Strands is comparable to the Carminas.

Once they arrived I tried them on and they seemed to be fine while walking around the house. However, today I wore the out for the first time. After wearing them to work and walking around all day they developed a bad crease around the toe area on the left shoe. From what I've read on this thread in the past they are too long on me. I'd like to return them for a smaller size, but I also realize I may be out of luck. Thoughts?

I am sorry to disappoint you, but most likely you are out of luck, unless, of course, you pretend you got them worn. This said, however, do talk to a manager and check your options. I was able to exchange a pair of firsts I got online, which I wore on the patio and got some minimal scratching on the outsole.

You have to pay (donate to a good cause, actually) $10 to get the 25% off deal, so it's going to be $211, but still a great deal! Which size are you looking for, btw? I am about to return chocolate calf in 9.5D.

And my favorite part:

I would return those. They are already showing some serious bowing issues.

Cordovan Norwiches showed up. As I mentioned, they fit and I look great. The only thing that worries me is the buckle is attached with elastic. Seems sturdy but definitely a weak point over the long run

Damn it.

Tripped and fell UP the subway stairs coming home (too many cocktails after the gig).

Is this fixable, or at least salvagable, if I bring to a good cobbler? Looks like it actually scratched the surface of the leather.

Some conditioner, cream, and polish should minimize and cover it up just fine. I did that to my park aves and I can't even tell anymore.
