Personally, I like the Spiaggia better. Something about the blue sole on the Strandmok don't do it for me. And I prefer the wingtip in navy suede - just a personal thing.
Looking for a little insight-
Is a combination tap sole really necessary?
I live in NYC but my daily commute is in a car and my shoes see very little concrete unless I wear them out on the weekends. I own swims so I figure they would be protected most of the time. My worry is just getting caught in a down pour and exposing the leather soles.
I am torn between the strand with tap or the walnut mccallister that unfortunately doesn't come with a tap. I understand one is a wingtip while the other is a cap toe. Most of my shoes are wingtips and I need some walnut in my rotation. (I feel like I am selling myself on the strands) But my main concern is keeping the shoe intact. Should I just go with the bourbon mccallister?
Thanks for your input.
Thanks for the input. AE will still recraft the shoe with a 3rd party sole guard attached?
Great, thanks for the input.
That's a terrible choice to make. The correct answer is all of them!
Fill the gap in your shoe collection keeping in mind the bourbon is more versatile. What do you currently have?
