Call one of the outlets. They still have the 300 for 2 on the seconds.
Fantastic deal for fifths and strand IMO

The only problem I have is I wear a size 6. From my experience all the shoes my size are gone by the time sales come along. angry.gif

Was anyone able to take advantage of the Bradley/Westchester shell $250 deal? I was thinking about it again and just checked the AE webisite, and it no longer has the shells listed at $250. They're now $550. Must have been a glitch.

^^ I'll find out in a while...... on the Bradley. Order seemed to have gone through, but the site crashed, then my details seem to have vanished. An agent confirmed my order number, but not the price....

Just got my new McAllisters today from Amazon. Got them when Amazon had 30% off, worked out to just over $200 I think.

That's what I'm talkin' about. Great looking shoe in that color. The walnut really works on this, the Player's shoe, and my favorite, the pebble grain MacNeil!

Good luck. In my experience, AE has outstanding customer service, so I'd be surprised if they didn't honor the price, even if it was an error.

I also received the pair of Dalton seconds I ordered. Great boot at that price! Although, I think they're trying a little too hard with the pinky-red pull tab and lining.

Newbury St. or financial district (is it State or Congress St.?) ?

Here's the Westchester in walnut. My WB's a bit off here, but the color is pretty close.

The Westchester looks much nicer in your picture than it does on the website. Kicking myself for not pulling the trigger on the $250 shells! Should have known there's no way shell would be discounted $300 in EVERY size.

I should have mentioned, mine are calf walnut.

For several days now I'd been trying to remember who Reid Rothchild was. For the life of me I couldn't remember what movie that was. It JUST hit me...Boogie Nights. I feel like a weight's been lifted off my brain.

So I'm a 8.5D on the Lombard and Players and an 8.5E on
the strand. If you had to take your best guess what should I try for the MacNeil? Would love to get them in burgundy!

Do the bayfield boots take time to break in? I was worried they were a little small after I got them, but decided to keep anyways. Been wearing them all day and put a couple miles on them now. Blisters on my heals and second to last toes now. Will this problem correct itself as the leather softens or am I screwed? Thanks!

Mine were fine right out of the box - the Brown CXL is very supple as is. Are these CXL or the Black Calf? Given the rubber sole on this model it's not going to adjust much down around the welt, which sounds like where your issue is. Sounds like maybe they just aren't sized right?
