How about one of those compression T shirts?

Or hit the cardio hard for the next two days.

Zero carbs and lots of coffee and exercise. You can probably shed a good 5lbs. of water.

Yep...

That said.. you won't want to replenish all the water you shed, largely because that will expand your gut until it gets re-distributed. And your shirt probably ain't pinching in the shoulders.

I've started AD up again recently and I drop a couple lbs. 48 hours after the weekend carb loads.
